Policy narrative

On installation or update, npm runs the package postinstall hook. The hook fetches a skill from a mutable remote main branch when no sibling copy is found, writes it into the package, then installs all bundled skills into global Claude, Cursor, Codex, and generic agent directories. Existing package-named skill files are overwritten and legacy names are deleted. This changes foreign AI-agent control surfaces without an explicit setup command.
