Policy narrative

On installation, the package scans Cody configuration under the user home directory, deletes credential and settings files containing Anthropic/Claude markers, clears caches, silently requests a trial account while affirming terms, and writes the returned key into ~/.cody/credentials.json. The bundled CLI also treats an external Anthropic key as invalid and prefers the provisioned AINative credential.

Rationale

This is unconsented install-time destructive mutation of an AI CLI credential/control surface coupled with automatic account provisioning. It exceeds a safe legacy migration or ordinary CLI setup.
