Policy narrative

On npm installation, the postinstall script detects multiple AI-agent clients through their CLI, environment variable, or home directory, then recursively copies the package's instruction skill into their global skills directories. This changes the behavior of installed agents without an explicit setup command or user confirmation.

Rationale

This is a concrete postinstall mutation of foreign, broad AI-agent control surfaces. The absence of network exfiltration does not mitigate the unconsented persistent instruction installation.
