Policy narrative

The package declares an automatic postinstall hook. When it detects Claude Code, it copies its skill into the user's Claude directory and calls global hook wiring without a consent prompt. That function appends a command-type SessionStart hook to the user's global settings.json, causing future Claude sessions on projects with documentation to run the packaged Python validator. Although uninstall tries to remove attributable hooks and no exfiltration was found, the install-time mutation of a machine-wide agent control surface is concrete and unconsented.
