Installing the package invokes postinstall, which starts its installer. The installer copies package command files into the user's ~/.claude/skills directory without user interaction. If the package detects an existing setup, it additionally registers MCP configuration and Claude event hooks that invoke package scripts, creating an unconsented, user-wide Claude Code control-surface mutation.

Rationale

This is a concrete unconsented npm postinstall mutation of a foreign AI-agent control surface. The conditional hook/MCP path does not mitigate the unconditional skills write.
