LPM treats this as warn-only first-party agent extension lifecycle risk. Installing the package automatically downloads and stages two executable companion tools in the package-owned ~/.bohr tool area. This is a lifecycle supply-chain risk because release metadata controls the staged executable, but the inspected source does not execute newly downloaded content in the same install.
