Policy narrative

Installing the package automatically runs its install command. That command copies bundled content into both Claude and generic agent global skill directories after deleting any identically named directories, without consent or an opt-in flag. It also attempts to install a recurring OS task during postinstall. The scheduler flushes queued collector events to the configured default server. This is a concrete unconsented postinstall mutation of foreign, broad AI-agent control surfaces.

Rationale

The lifecycle hook directly reaches both foreign AI-agent skill writes and persistence. Although no credential theft or remote payload execution was found, the postinstall control-surface mutation meets the block boundary.
