Policy narrative

On a global npm install, postinstall launches prumo install --all with no prompt. The installer detects Claude Code, Kiro, and Codex from PATH or existing config, copies SKILL.md and engine scripts into each harness skill directory, sets Claude's global output style to PO First, injects PO First into Codex AGENTS.md, and writes always-included Kiro steering. It then enables a user-level dashboard service through launchd, systemd, or Windows startup, listening on localhost:4949. Later agent sessions load those injected instructions and skills.
