Attack narrative

The workflow grants write permissions and OIDC access, exports repository secrets, and runs an unpinned latest package. In GitHub Actions, the CLI collects declared secret values that were found in the environment and PUTs them to a default Vercel-hosted Kody endpoint. It also downloads definitions into the repository and executes a shell script from those definitions with the resolved secrets in its environment. This creates a concrete secret-exfiltration and remote-code execution path controlled outside the consumer repository.

Rationale

The package has no install-time lifecycle hook, but its included CI path automatically transfers credentials to a fixed external endpoint and executes remote hydrated definitions with those credentials. This is a concrete malicious credential-exfiltration chain.
