removeManagedSkill reads SKILL.md under the user Codex skills directory, the user Claude skills directory, and the package-managed Claude plugin skills directory, then recursively deletes the directory only if the frontmatter name matches.

AI rationale

Postinstall mutates foreign Codex and Claude skill directories, but only to delete the package-owned lodestar-files skill after a name check. That is first-party agent-extension lifecycle behavior, not a broad control-surface hijack or a hidden payload.
