LPM treats this as warn-only first-party agent extension lifecycle risk. npm postinstall installs a first-party Agency Pi extension globally. At Pi runtime it modifies session resources and prompts only when an Agency workbase is detected; no malicious exfiltration or remote payload chain was found.
