LPM treats this as warn-only first-party agent extension lifecycle risk. npm postinstall automatically registers first-party Chrome Native Messaging hosts and launcher scripts for the Mearl extension. That mutates a browser host control surface without a separate user command, but the origin is limited to this package's own extension ID.
