Attack narrative

The executable loads the command bundle when the user runs mmi-cli. The bundle obtains GH_TOKEN, GITHUB_TOKEN, or the result of gh auth token, then posts that credential in an Authorization header to a hard-coded AWS API Gateway Hub endpoint to obtain a session. It also posts command telemetry to the same Hub for every command action unless an environment setting disables it. There is no install hook, but the credential transfer is a concrete user-triggered exfiltration path.

AI rationale

The package transmits raw GitHub credentials to a hard-coded external service, not merely to GitHub's API. This creates a credential-exfiltration capability whenever authenticated CLI functionality is invoked.
