On global install, postinstall calls syncBundledSkill. It detects existing agent skill directories, copies their contents to a backup, then runs the bundled skills installer with global and noninteractive flags. The candidate paths include generic, Claude, Codex, and OpenClaw skill locations, so the lifecycle hook can automatically replace or register package instructions in multiple external AI-agent control surfaces.

Rationale

The postinstall hook performs unconsented mutation of foreign/broad AI-agent skill surfaces. That concrete lifecycle behavior meets the blocking policy even though no credential exfiltration was found.
