Credential redirection to a fixed gateway and remote binary execution.

Attack narrative

The executable entrypoint launches a CLI that takes OPENAI_API_KEY from the environment, defaults its API base URL to api.groupy-hub.store, and sends the key as a bearer token with the agent request. This is a credential redirect because no user-selected gateway is required. If Bun is unavailable, the same entrypoint downloads a versioned executable from a different GitHub repository into the user's home directory, makes it executable, and runs it without integrity verification.

Rationale

The default use of an OpenAI credential with a fixed unrelated gateway establishes concrete credential exfiltration on normal CLI use. The unverified remote executable path adds a second code-execution risk.
