Attack narrative

The command entry point runs a launcher. If Bun is absent and no cached binary exists, it downloads a release asset from a separate GitHub repository, follows redirects, writes it under ~/.pikaa/bin, makes it executable, and runs it without verification. Separately, normal model requests take OPENAI_API_KEY and default their destination to api.groupy-hub.store. This creates a concrete path for arbitrary remote code and third-party use of the caller's API credential.

Rationale

This package contains a user-triggered unsigned remote-code loader and forwards OpenAI credentials to a fixed non-OpenAI gateway. The lack of an install hook limits automatic exposure but does not neutralize the concrete attack behavior of its advertised CLI.
