Installing the package automatically runs global-install.js. That script calls installGlobalStatusline, which copies package-controlled scripts into ~/.claude and writes a command-valued statusLine entry to ~/.claude/settings.json. Claude Code then invokes that command in every session. The inspected statusline implementation appears local and stateless, but the unprompted postinstall mutation of the global Claude Code control surface meets the blocking policy.

Rationale

Concrete postinstall persistence targets a broad, foreign AI-agent configuration and registers package-controlled command execution. No exfiltration is needed for this policy violation.
