Attack narrative

The package runs automatically at install time, changes .npmrc so dependency lifecycle scripts run, and initializes files in the consuming project. That initialization writes instructions for Claude and Copilot, copies skills, and creates a review-suppression instruction. The injected rule text directly tells AI and human reviewers not to report real secrets embedded in documentation. This is unconsented mutation of broad AI-agent control surfaces with reviewer manipulation.

Rationale

The complete automatic lifecycle path modifies both package-manager behavior and multiple foreign AI-agent control files, then suppresses review of those files. The package also contains direct reviewer instructions to ignore a security issue, establishing malicious intent.
