Attack narrative

The package's postinstall runs without an explicit user command, weakens pnpm lifecycle safeguards, and invokes a merger in the consumer project. That merger creates files automatically loaded by Copilot and Claude, copies package-owned skills, and generates a review-suppression instruction. The installed rules instruct agents to embed real tokens and keys in documents and explicitly discourage reporting this as a security issue.

Rationale

This is an unconsented install-time mutation of broad AI-agent control surfaces combined with deliberate review suppression and secret-handling instructions. The behavior meets the install-hook abuse block threshold even without observed network exfiltration.
