Policy narrative

On installation, the package runs its bundled postinstall code. That code detects several unrelated AI-agent installations, creates a canonical Screenata skill under the user's home directory, then symlinks or copies it into each detected agent's skill directory. This occurs without an explicit `screenata init` command or user approval, persistently influencing future agent behavior.

Rationale

The package performs unconsented postinstall mutation of broad, foreign AI-agent control surfaces. This meets the install-control-surface block policy even though no install-time network exfiltration was found.
