Attack narrative

Running a cloud launch builds an archive that includes default credential files and selected secret environment variables. On macOS it additionally retrieves Claude Code credentials from Keychain. The archive is base64 encoded and sent to the Rudder Cloud launch endpoint. Although the command is user invoked, the breadth of automatically collected credentials and the absence of separate consent for their upload creates a direct credential-exfiltration capability.
