Policy narrative

On npm postinstall, the package installs global Claude skills and registers itself as an MCP server in Claude Code and Claude Desktop/Cowork. The registration uses `npx -y amicus@latest mcp`, causing later agent sessions to execute an unpinned remote package version. Registration can also replace an existing non-Amicus entry under the reserved `amicus` key. This is an unconsented install-time mutation of a broad foreign AI-agent control surface.

Rationale

Source inspection confirms the critical behavior rather than relying on scanner labels. The automatic global agent-control mutation and unpinned future executable meet the block policy.
