Anyray connect — points local coding tools (Claude Code, Cursor, Windsurf, SDKs) at the Anyray gateway through supported configuration and enrolled personal authentication.

AI Security Review

scanned 2d ago · by lpm-firewall-ai

The inspected credential and gateway behavior is consistent with the package's configured integration, and no concrete attack was identified. The unresolved TypeScript runtime dependency prevents a clean verdict under the dependency review policy.

Static reason

High-risk behavior combination matched malicious policy.

Trigger

The CLI's runtime symbol lookup dynamically imports TypeScript.

Impact

The dependency's behavior during installation or runtime remains unassessed; no attack impact was confirmed.

Mechanism

The package declares TypeScript as a runtime dependency, but its selected source could not be reviewed.

AI rationale

Evidence

package.jsondist/index.js

Decision evidence

public snapshot

AI called this Manual Review at 76.0% confidence as Unknown with medium false-positive risk.

AI review observations

The manifest declares TypeScript as a runtime dependency, and the CLI dynamically imports it for symbol lookup; its selected package source was unresolved in this snapshot.
The gateway origin comes from runtime configuration, with localhost as the default.
The runtime integration sends tool inputs and outputs to the configured gateway as part of its optimization feature.
The credential helper reads an existing provider base URL and token; the caller checks the gateway before using that configured upstream.

Evidence against

The manifest has no preinstall, install, or postinstall script; the listed lifecycle-related scripts are build, test, and publishing hooks.
The inspected source does not establish an unrequested credential recipient or another concrete attack.
