The postinstall hook executes automatically for a global install and calls applyGlobalHostConfig. That routine targets five third-party AI-agent configuration roots, writes instructions and hooks, and registers local MCP servers/plugins. The configured hooks launch the package lifecycle runtime on host events. This is automatic broad foreign AI-agent control-surface mutation, rather than an explicit adapter-apply command.

Rationale

Source confirms unconsented postinstall mutation of broad foreign AI-agent control surfaces. This meets the firewall block boundary despite the absence of observed network exfiltration. Product guard normalized a concrete AI-agent control hijack publish_block to the blockable dangerous-capability shape.
