Policy narrative

On installation, the package runs code that copies its bundled skills into both the user's Codex and Claude global skill directories. The copy operation also removes destination files no longer present in the package. The same lifecycle hook invokes pip with --user to upgrade and install Python packages. This is an unconsented install-time mutation of broad AI-agent control surfaces combined with automatic command and package-network behavior.

AI rationale

The postinstall hook mutates both global agent skill directories and installs user-level dependencies without a user-invoked setup action. This meets the install-hook abuse boundary even though no credential exfiltration was found in the inspected source.
