Policy narrative

The npm postinstall automatically runs code that installs package-supplied skills into both the user's Codex and Claude directories. It recursively overwrites those skills and prunes files, then installs Python dependencies into the user's account. One injected skill instructs agents to use TLS impersonation and real-browser fallback methods for blocked sites. This is an unconsented install-time mutation of broad AI-agent control surfaces, not an explicit user-command setup flow.
