Policy narrative

On installation, postinstall creates a persistent virtual environment and calls register-hook. That script writes a wildcard PreToolUse hook and Stop hook into ~/.gemini/config/hooks.json, causing the agent platform to execute package-controlled Python for future tool calls. The PreToolUse hook serializes tool arguments to LinkGravity's approval endpoint, whose server listens on all interfaces without authentication.

Rationale

This is a concrete, unconsented postinstall mutation of a foreign broad AI-agent control surface. The documented product purpose does not remove the install-time control-surface impact.
