On global installation, the postinstall hook writes a Codex provider configuration and creates a previously absent generic default agent that selects it. This is an unconsented install-time mutation of a broad third-party AI-agent control surface; the default agent can affect ordinary child-agent dispatches. The script also installs host skills for Codex and Claude.

Rationale

The package's postinstall concretely changes foreign global agent configuration, including Codex's generic default agent. Global-only guarding and non-overwrite behavior reduce collateral damage but do not remove the unconsented broad control-surface mutation.
