Attack narrative

Installing this package globally runs postinstall, which copies an instruction-bearing skill into multiple AI-agent host directories and changes Codex provider and child-agent configuration. The injected skill directs agents to offload work through llm-relay without asking. When users run mutating CLI commands, the package checks the npm registry and can install the newest global release automatically, causing the lifecycle installer to run again. This is an unconsented automatic mutation of foreign AI-agent control surfaces.

Rationale

The package combines an automatic lifecycle hook, broad host-agent configuration writes, injected agent instructions, and runtime self-updating through a fresh global install. The global-install guard narrows when it occurs but does not provide separate consent for these foreign control-surface mutations.
