On npm installation, the postinstall script detects agent runtime directories and recursively force-copies its bundled wiki-manager skill into them. This includes global directories for multiple unrelated agent products and project directories; direct installs also create a .agents/skills fallback. Although no exfiltration or remote payload was observed, this is unconsented install-time mutation of broad AI-agent control surfaces.

Rationale

The source confirms the lifecycle mutation rather than merely indicating it statically. This meets the firewall block boundary for unconsented postinstall writes to foreign/broad AI-agent control surfaces.
