On installation, the lifecycle wrapper loads runPackagePostinstall. That path syncs bundled skills in global mode to OpenCode, Codex, Claude Code, and Amp directories. When npm identifies a global install, it also repairs or creates a per-user launch agent or scheduled task that runs the package daemon at login. These mutations occur without an explicit user setup command.
