This redirects a credential belonging to another installed tool/service to a package-selected proxy.

Rationale

The source establishes a concrete credential-harvesting and remote-authentication chain, not merely support for user-provided environment keys. Although execution is CLI-invoked and there is no install hook, the cross-tool credential capture and fixed proxy redirection are malicious behavior.
