One copied manifest registers a detached startup command. When Herdr next loads its plugins, it runs the shell bridge, which records a PID and starts a background tmux session. This creates an unconsented lifecycle path from package installation into a foreign, user-wide agent control surface.

Rationale

The package uses postinstall to install and activate a bundled plugin in another application's user-wide plugin directory. That automatic foreign control-surface mutation meets the install-hook abuse blocking policy.
