Policy narrative

Installing the package runs postinstall automatically. That hook identifies the consumer project and writes package-controlled skills into four agent ecosystems, installs an always-apply Cursor rule, and merges broad Bash permissions into Claude Code settings. The same install path changes project metadata, copies scripts, and deletes existing evidence artifacts. A generated documentation script also contains default authentication material for an external Confluence service.

Rationale

This is a concrete unconsented postinstall mutation of broad, foreign AI-agent control surfaces, matching the block boundary. The lack of an install-time network call does not mitigate that control-hijack behavior.
