That installer adds Claude Code hooks for write and stop events, injects instructions into AGENTS.md and CLAUDE.md, creates a Git pre-commit hook and CI file, adds a package script, and may set Git's hooks path. These are broad mutations of a consumer project's AI-agent and development control surfaces.

Rationale

This is an unconsented postinstall mutation of a foreign project's AI-agent control surface and repository hooks. Guard conditions and an opt-out reduce scope but do not establish consent for the automatic broad changes.
