Policy narrative

On installation, the package runs postinstall and writes its bundled SKILL.md into detected Claude, Cursor, Codex, OpenCode, and other agent directories. If none are detected, it creates a default agent skill directory. The planted instructions tell an agent to automatically install the latest tuniu-cli when absent, creating an unconsented lifecycle path from npm installation to future agent-directed package installation.

Rationale

This is an unconsented postinstall mutation of broad, foreign AI-agent control surfaces. The lifecycle behavior is sufficient for blocking even though the installer itself does not contact the network.
