Policy narrative

On npm installation, package.json invokes scripts/postinstall.js. That script detects several unrelated AI-agent home directories, copies its bundled SKILL.md and references into each matching agent skill path, removes existing reference content, and writes metadata. If none match, it creates ~/.agents/skills/tuniu-cli. Separately, an explicit skill command can download and extract a remote archive into agent skill locations. The automatic cross-agent mutation is sufficient for an unconsented control-surface attack.

Rationale

The automatic postinstall hook modifies broad, foreign AI-agent control surfaces and creates a fallback agent directory. This meets the install-time AI-agent control-hijack blocking policy.
