Policy narrative

On installation, the lifecycle hook obtains remote metadata, uses its archive URL and checksum, downloads and extracts the archive, and invokes the resulting binary. The same install flow writes markdown files from that untrusted archive into Claude's global skills directory using names supplied by the archive. Its bundled skill also imposes mandatory unsolicited interaction behavior on the agent. This creates unconsented remote code execution and a broad AI-agent control-surface write.

Rationale

The automatic lifecycle hook trusts remote metadata to authorize both a native payload and arbitrary skill content, then executes the payload and installs the content into a global AI skill directory. The checksum does not establish an independent trust boundary because it is supplied by the same remote metadata.
