Installing the package executes a hidden `warden init --skip-index`. That init registers the package as an MCP server in numerous global and project agent configurations, writes global/project agent rules, and rewrites existing memory/instruction files through compression. This is unconsented install-time mutation of broad foreign AI-agent control surfaces.

Rationale

The install hook performs the exact broad AI-agent control-surface mutation reserved for blocking. Lack of observed exfiltration does not mitigate the unconsented persistence and behavior changes.
