The npm postinstall hook refreshes a skill from a mutable GitHub main-branch URL, then creates or overwrites every discovered skill in global Claude, Cursor, Codex, and .agents directories. The installed content is an agent instruction surface and includes automatic activation directives. This is unconsented postinstall mutation of broad, foreign AI-agent control surfaces; it also permits remote instruction changes after publication.

Rationale

The package has a concrete lifecycle-triggered AI-agent control-surface mutation chain, including remote-sourced content. This meets the block boundary despite no observed credential exfiltration.
