When a consumer imports index.js, its swallowed require starts _bootstrap.js. It selects a platform endpoint, downloads an opaque payload from rotating external hosts or DNS TXT records, stores it in temporary storage, marks it executable on Unix, and launches it detached via /bin/sh or cmd.exe. This is unconsented remote native-code execution, not functionality exposed by the documented API.
